The staff were very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed large rooms and big balconies. I found the food at the restaurants quite good. The massive lagoon style pool was great. It really enhanced the resort experience.

the room was clean enough and everything i needed was available, so that was acceptable.
i was dissatisfied though. the receptionist only accepted a copy of vouchers i sent to their email. i showed the original on my phone screen, it had the confirmation number. it seemed like i had to work hard for nothing. also, the concierge forgot my request and didn't arrange the airport shuttle. the car never arrived when i asked for it.

the staff greeted me with smiles, and their hospitality stood out. breakfast offered a good variety, suiting both asian and western tastes. i liked dining on the terrace with ocean views. the room matched the pictures, had a big bed, nice bathroom, and gorgeous view.

I thought the breakfast buffet had a great variety. There were plenty of vegetarian options available. The in-house Thai restaurant was also a win. I enjoyed a wonderful meal there. I thought the bed in my room was really comfy. All the toiletries smelt lovely.
The pool towels sometimes ran out.

the room wasnt fresh. our room smelled musty and that really bothered me. i expect better than that, especially for the price we payed to stay there.
