i found the staff so helpful. their customer service stood out. the air conditioning worked well. i suggest they increase the water pressure in the handheld bidet to make it more useful!
i noticed the rooftop bar had many tables reserved that were ultimately unused. this meant seating was limited. i wished those tables had been available.

The breakfast buffet offers an excellent variety of food choices. I especially enjoyed the custom-made omelets. the restaurant manager confirmed the hotel actively pursues halal certification to cater to muslim guests. this hotel impressed me.

The room was a good size, and it was very comfortable. the huge double bed was very comfortable to sleep in, i really enjoyed it. the bathroom and its facilities were good. It had everything i needed.
The check in staff did not seem to do their job well, and i was double billed. i am still waiting on the return of my money. the buffet was large but very disorganized. It was hard to navigate.

The metal detector experience was UNpleasant. Security staff were excessively harsh when I forgot my cell phone, even after I apologized. the housekeeping didn't properly clean the drinking glasses. They seemed to only rinse them, and stains remained. This was disappointing because I expected top-quality service.

The room was spacious with a king size bed. I appreciated the soft bristles of the toothbrush provided (a nice touch!). The buffet had a wide variety of choices and i found it good value for the money.
I had to wait a while for a taxi to be available at the entrance.
