The private beach area was a highlight. The breakfast buffet offered many choices and fresh options. I found the complimentary shuttle service to D'Mall a great convenience. The gym included modern equipment and an amazing view. I found it very helpful.
The soundproofing in my room was not great, I could hear a lot from the hallway, but it wasn't too disruptive.

The hotel features a secluded location. It gives direct access to one of the island's best beaches. The complimentary shuttle service to D'Mall runs regularly. It provides easy access to shopping and dining, though the last shuttle could be later.

The Premium King Suite was well-kept and very clean. The beds were comfortable, and the blackout curtains were excellent. The bathroom included both a separate shower and a bathtub. I found it very luxurious.
The airport transfer service met expectations with a cute center and a quick speedboat trip to the resort the staff were friendly

The resort has a private beach with clear water. I even saw a turtle and a Moray eel while snorkeling. The grounds are nicely maintained and the pool is the largest on the island. The breakfast had both Asian and Western foods (it was especially good!).
I stayed here for five nights and I loved the beautiful beach area. The suite was spacious and well maintained I was excited. The staff's smiling faces made my day I was very happy.
I was frustrated I had to request an iron I think it should be in the room. The service at the restaurant was a bit slow I didn't like that. The minibar didn't work properly that's not good I felt deceived.

impolite managerdangerous behavior
the front desk manager was impolite, and i found this unacceptable. joseph, the concierge, also behaved badly and dangerously. our room seemed old, dirty, and the staff was to avoid daily cleaning or changes.
