My airport transfer went smoothly. I also enjoyed their private beachfront. It allowed access only. The shuttle bus to town saved a lot of time.

I had a problem with the room. The air conditioning did not work well. It never got cold enough. This.

the hotel is gorgeous. everyone on site is friendly and had amazing customer service.

I booked transfers expecting safety. staff let us ride a speedboat without a cover. me and my partner didn't feel safe and we ended up soaking wet. It was frustrating.

The breakfast buffet was generous and had a wide selection. I could skip lunch because of it.

the service really bothered me. i think the staff seemed incompetent and not very interested in helping. requesting ketchup took forever, and i even got my own drinks at the bar after seeing them sit there. also, build quality is not great, and the resort felt soulless.
