a slightly underwhelming stay
repetitive buffetnoisy air conditioning
i gotta say, the food situation was a bit sad. the buffet felt kinda repetitive after a couple days, like they just tossed the same dishes out there, again. plus, the room had this weird musty smell and the air conditioning sounded like a dying cat all night. i asked someone about it, but it stayed loud, it was difficult to fall asleep because of that.

a romantic escapade
quiet villainfused waternightly showmango trees
the villa offered quietness, cleanliness, and comfort. the nest swimming pool provided fruit-infused water, a good touch in the hot weather. the nightly show added great enjoyment while dining and the gym was very useful for our family. the water fun area was a cool way to beat the heat, especially with shade from the mango trees near the snack bar.
The windows did not open. Also the door lacked a mosquito net. i got several bites.

my stuffed squid was fresh with a generous portion, the beach bum burger had a good portion too. the server, jovan, from the reserve restaurant provided attentive service and checked on us during our meal. russel also gave us luxe service.

the staff were all friendly and helpful. i especially appreciated the quick service at the reserve restaurant. chio assisted us with all our needs for two days. matthew also welcomed us and gave us a quick tour.

I loved the multiple pools and appreciated the complimentary boat trip! The beach transportation ran smoothly and easily. The live entertainment with the fire show made dinner so fun! The trubadour music made me smile. The hotel superstore sold very fair priced drinks and snacks.
I found that my pool chair was missing a mattress.

All staff greets everyone. The staff are very accommodating in the restaurant. They especially took care of my son with his several allergies. I really appreciate the kindness and attentiveness of the whole team .

Breakfast is very good here. Staff is always kind and friendly. The buffet food options were delicious. A la carte pinacbet of the North is highly recommended. Jovan was attentive at the reserve restaurant and made sure our meals were good.

The facility is clean, I think. The room is spacious for everyone. Excursions, especially the Underground River, is a must-visit. The resort has a beautiful garden. There are three available pools, so that is great.

the hotel seems to think everyone enjoys loud noise all the time. the music from the club was on full blast even at midnight, and the club was empty. i wear earplugs and it bothered me. also, staff was shouting in the carpark at 6am. the restaurant only had one choice for dinner with someone trying to sing karaoke, and the food wasnt worth it.
