The staff were approachable. Irah deserves my thanks. Guards greeted us. It charmed me! The hotel is worth recommending to my friends. It is great.
The entrance lacked maintenance, with yellow pools on arrival. I noticed a bad mildew smell near the elevator! I found few signages. I always needed to ask for directions.

excellent resort experience
accommodating staff awesome pool handy water filter early check-in
the staff proved accommodating. the pools and restaurants had great offerings. rooms included water filters on every level with jugs for refills. i received an early check-in once my room became available.
My room lacked sufficient light and felt a bit dark. The furnishings was somewhat dated.

Angela at the front office provided amazing service. She greeted me with a warm smile! and ensured my check-in was smooth. Her attention to detail stood out. It.
Guards warned me about penalties if I walked in with outside food. The gym didn't allow guests without rubber shoes. The doors felt old. The door was thin so I could hear everything going on outside

adequate stay with noticeable issues
ants presence billing problems
i found the room conditions less than ideal. there were ants present in the room, suggesting cleanliness issues. additionally, i was charged twice for the baby cotwith unnecessary billing problems. the room service quality also seemed below par (i'd rate it 2 stars).
