Really good Stay

The concierge booked transfers even at the last minute. This was helpful. The breakfast buffet included a wide selection that changed every day. The staff executed a surprise birthday dinner, planned by my husband. Personalized greetings awaited upon room entry with goodnight treats.

The hotel is not fully functional as the other side is still being built and the spa is too.

The hotel has a poolside bar and a restaurant called Mamma Mia. It is convenient. The hotel is located a short walk from white beach and provides convenient access. The hotel offers water and land activities for recreation.

The room included a balcony that overlooked the pool, a nice feature. The room was large. This added to the comfort. The rooms were modern and clean. It showed good upkeep of the hotel.

The staff was polite. They were always ready to accommodate every request. The driver and boatmen were friendly. They provided excellent assistance. The receptionist assisted with finding new rooms after a flight cancellation. This was helpful.

The staff was accommodating and always ready to help. Our grand family beautiful room was perfect for our needs. The facilities were excellent, especially the huge pool. They also provided beach toys, swimming equipment, and beach towels , such a thoughtful service!

I found the open bathroom layout inconvenient. It lacked doors and a bathtub, unlike other rooms.

The West Premier Beautiful King included comfortable king-size beds and soft pillows. There were also two separate sinks plus a rainfall shower, such a great feature. Rooms include a balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying the views.

The hotel features a very big pool area with about 20 loungers, very convenient! The gym has three treadmills plus two stationary bikes. It ensures guests can maintain their fitness routine. Beach access includes complimentary towels and umbrellas for shade.
