acceptable choicesaged decorlow water pressure
the breakfast spread did include many choices which i did find acceptable.
i found the room smaller than i remembered it, and the decor was quite aged. there were worn fixtures present within the bathroom, and water pressure was too low making it a little disappointing.

the hotel is close to the mall and that was acceptable. servers handled the banquet area with attention.
It is my third day here. i return to my room each day to find it uncleaned. i see the hotel maid next door each morning. We even exchange pleasantries. one day, she looked exhausted so i just asked for the necessities, so i did not tire her out. the following day, still the same. i called housekeeping. No one came.

a conveniently located hotel

the location proved very practical. the walk to a meeting at city sports club was short. ayala mall was also nearby. i appreciated the room upgrade and some extras. we had a king size bed, free snacks, and cocktails.
the staff did not seem very attentive. the carpet had an unpleasant smell. the bathroom items were incomplete. there were two bottles of shampoo, one bottle of conditioner, but no body wash. the room also had a chiller, but it did not cool drinks effectively.
