underwhelming experience

cold eggsmissing item

the housekeeping staff ignored the do not disturb sign on three occasions . there was always something missing in my room. i found i often called housekeeping, but it became a hassle. food in the buffet also are cold, especially the eggs.

I really appreciated the excellent facilities. Our room was spacious and clean! the sea view was fine. i also enjoyed the pool area with its views of the hotel. The sea and the nearby bridge were really amazing, too. there are plenty of dining spots, a mall and a casino onsite. This added extra convenience to my stay.

The breakfast experience had a small hiccup. A couple mistakenly used our breakfast voucher. It took a bit to sort out and disrupted our morning.

The beautiful king room featured modern decor and ample space. The air conditioning maintained a comfortable temperature, and the blackout curtains ensured restful sleep! the bathroom included a separate shower and a soaking tub.
