Excellent Stay with Attentive Staff

The breakfast buffet included many options, so everyone found something they liked. The resort has a dedicated kids' play area with playgrounds. arts and crafts activities. My children were always entertained. I must commend Wilky, Vandy, Leslie, Arce, Marc, and Trisha for their special attention. The staff's constant willingness to help made our vacation nice.
I noticed the resort's beach area felt small.

The staff offered really good hospitality, including Mr Han at the Japanese restaurant. He anticipated every need, providing prompt and attentive service. This. I found the resort's grounds and amenities immaculate and well kept.
The beach area was a bit small, but it did not impact my enjoyable stay.

i liked the dining options. the food in each of the restaurants seemed well prepared. i especially enjoyed lunches by the ocean and drinks at sunset at azure (it was beautiful).
the villa pool maintenance was lacking. my stepson stepped on glass shards and was injured. also, the beach area felt quite small. it wasn't the expansive beachfront i was expecting.

the housekeeping service proved slow. my room not be cleaned even by 4 pm. I requested a teaspoon at the restaurant. it took over 10 minutes for staff to bring it. the reception staff be less warm. this impacted the overall impression of hospitality.
