efficient check-in necklace souvenir amazing recreation team sulfur smell seagrass beach staff comprehension

The welcome necklace souvenir was a lovely touch upon arrival. The check-in process was very efficient. It was fast. The recreation team, including Philip, was amazing. They helped make our activities seamless!

The hallway on our floor smelled like sulfur. It was unpleasant. The staff had difficulty with comprehension on some requests. The beach had a lot of seagrass and some garbage. It was not ideal for swimming.

slowly draining sink missing welcome drinks

The room had a few issues. the sink drained slowly, a minor annoyance. also, the promised welcome drinks never materialized. I suppose i should have inquired further. that said, i did not bother to make a fuss over some beverage.

Really good Service and Beautiful Surroundings

I stayed at this hotel for several nights. The hotel prepared a lot of food for our tour, a very nice gesture. The surroundings are clean, I observed staff constantly maintaining the grounds. The strong, fast WiFi was available in all areas, this helped me stay connected.

The coffee at breakfast was simple and I would have preferred fresh fruit juices instead of the artificial lemonade.

the service was disappointing. the breakfast arrived two hours late. this delay caused us to miss our island hopping tour. the staff seemed indifferent and offered no apologies.

Fantastic stay at this resort

delicious breakfast clean room amazing pool

My first time here, breakfast included great options and selections. The room was clean. The bed felt soft. I did enjoy playing volleyball on the sand. The pool was amazing after a hot day.

The bathroom sink drain had a little problem. The water drained really slow.

The breakfast buffet has many options and caters to different tastes. The fruit selections were superb. Marea restaurant serves the best adobo. Mango Tango is awesome dessert.
