magical stay!

easy accessfun atmosphereroom cleaning

i had such a wonderful time! the service was excellent (everyone was so friendly). i really appreciated the easy access to the park. i enjoyed seeing disney characters right in the hotel. the live music created such a fun atmosphere for everyone.

the hotel didn't have an open convenience store that stays open late (at least until 9:00 pm). it would have been super useful when traveling with my family. also, i wished the rooms were a bit cleaner.

the location is convenient for visiting disneyland. walking to the disneyland park from the hotel took about 10 minutes, a pleasant walk. it's a little removed from the citywith a calmer environment.

carpet smellbathroom leak

The carpet smelled bad in the hallways near my room. it smelled like mold, almost like damp rags. my room also had a leak under the bathroom sink i did not see right away. It blended in with the floor. my brother almost slipped. i told housekeeping. they just put out a soup bowl and a towel! i wanted them to fix it right away. it was not a cheap stay. it really dampened the magic.

really good disney experience

the rooms were spacious and well maintained. housekeeping staff folded clothes, it was a thoughtful touch. i found the character experience in the restaurant quite nice. the employees really were very good too. the sea view from the balcony overlooking the pool was great, offering a serene backdrop to our stay.

I experienced a slight delay at check-in. The process was a bit slow.
