magical stay!

easy access fun atmosphere

i had such a wonderful time! the service was excellent (everyone was so friendly). i really appreciated the easy access to the park. i enjoyed seeing disney characters right in the hotel. the live music created such a fun atmosphere for everyone.

the hotel didn't have an open convenience store that stays open late (at least until 9:00 pm). it would have been super useful when traveling with my family. also, i wished the rooms were a bit cleaner.

the location is convenient for visiting disneyland. walking to the disneyland park from the hotel took about 10 minutes, a pleasant walk. it's a little removed from the citywith a calmer environment.

carpet smell bathroom leak

The carpet smelled bad in the hallways near my room. it smelled like mold, almost like damp rags. my room also had a leak under the bathroom sink i did not see right away. It blended in with the floor. my brother almost slipped. i told housekeeping. they just put out a soup bowl and a towel! i wanted them to fix it right away. it was not a cheap stay. it really dampened the magic.

really good disney experience

attentive staff cleanliness sea view nice stay

the rooms were spacious and well maintained. housekeeping staff folded clothes, it was a thoughtful touch. i found the character experience in the restaurant quite nice. the employees really were pretty good too. the sea view from the balcony overlooking the pool was great, offering a serene backdrop to our stay.

I experienced a slight delay at check-in. The process was a bit slow.
