fantastic stay!

helpful staff clean room great helper

the room was huge and clean, i loved this hotel. daniel at reception has been a great help and was friendly. vivi, the swimming pool staff, helped me take pictures.

the hotel does not have a locking mechanism for bathroom doors. also, the bottled water provided was so little for one person per night.

the baggage counter assistance from ricky was quick and professional. he helped me with my luggage, i find the right bus to catch the ferry to hong kong, and he spoke good english and i felt happy.

Really good stay with great service

new facilities professional gym helpful staff smooth luggage transfer

the gym features very new and professional facilities it is also kept very clean. i appreciated the free towels and clean changing areas provided. ricky at the baggage counter was helpful and assisted with bus and taxi information. nico helped with luggage transfer to the west lobby smoothly, greatly appreciated.

the bottled water provided was minimal, not enough for one person per night this was particularly noticeable given how expensive everything is in general.

huge room great experience small water empty fridge

the room was huge and tidy i really enjoyed it. the bag service boy jeff was friendly and helpful. i had a great experience with luggage.

the bottled water provided was too small and not enough for one person per night. the hotel did not stock up the fridge and provide snacks in the room. the staff or management were not so cute.

Average Stay. System Problems and Lingering Odors

cigarette smell system problem

Check-in was a mess. The system was down so I waited nearly 3 hours past the stated check-in time. The corridor reeked of cigarette smoke! My non-smoking room also smelled of cigarettes. It was quite disappointing.

helpful staff cake arrangement gorgeous pool locking mechanism insufficient water missing snack

nico helped me with my bags. he gave good advice. to celebrate my honeymoon, they arranged a cake and an early check-in. the pool area looked gorgeous and there were many shops.

i had a big problem. the bathroom door did not have a locking mechanism. the bottled water was not enough for one person. there were no snacks in the room, which i found disappointing.
