an lovely family milestone

warm smile super clean room harbour view first family trip

this was our first family trip since our baby was born this place made it lovely every staff member greeted us with a warm smile i want to give a special shout-out to priscilla on the 9th floor she handled our check-in and remembered every single request i had made via email beforehand the harbor view from our room was amazing. the free mini-bar was a fantastic touch stocked with a variety of beverages and snacks the room was super clean we loved the bose speaker and yoga mat.

the gym on level 9 includes treadmills and stationary bikes it is well-equipped and provides adequate space for workouts the swimming pool had comfortable loungers and a shaded section for relaxation ensuring guests have space to unwind after a swim.

The breakfast at The Market was extensive with many choices. The rooftop pool offered a great view. Swimming as the city lights came on was nice. The concierge staff, Harry and Jonny, provided helpful tips for navigating the islands.

The mini-bar replenishment was sometimes inconsistent.

harbour view complimentary mini-bar anticipated need

i experienced really good service the staff anticipated my needs. i had a club 36 king partial harbour view the room offered a fine view of the harbour. the complimentary mini-bar was a welcome touch it was stocked with various beverages and snacks.

I was upgraded to the club suite! the sheets and bedding were very tidy. The room was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. the staff's attitude is polite. i am very satisfied with my stay!!!

my in-room dining experience was disappointing. i ordered food and a cappuccino. the latter was forgotten! the waiter suggested i make coffee myself with the provided coffee machine.
