Lovely Views and Stellar Service!

The rooftop viewing deck provided unmatched city views! Maria helped me a lot at check-in. She even researched attractions and transportation options for me. The MTR station is within walking distance, so getting around was easy. I enjoyed working remotely from the level 41 restaurant, it boasts a beautiful view.

The coffee machine in the room was broken. There was also a water leak near the outlets.

frances and vienna greeted me at reception! they were super friendly! frances even walked me to my room! she did a great job! the location is perfect! it is very close to the subway. i also enjoyed the bus trip to airport! seeing the sunset from a double decker bus was special!

i wish the bottled water situation was better! i know it is due to environmental laws. other hotels provide jugs with purified water.

noisy systemunsatisfactory pillows

the noise from the bathroom ventilation system persisted through the night. the air conditioning fan also added to the disturbance. the pillows provided were far from satisfactory. it surprises me, such issues exist in a hotel with the reputation of this one.

Lovely Harbour Views and Convenient Location!

The metro station is a quick five-minute walk, I found it very convenient! Trams also run nearby, so getting around is easy. There are numerous restaurants and shops close to the hotel. Great for exploring local cuisine. I enjoyed the harp music during check-in. Such a classy touch. All staff members were super helpful and accommodating. They even called to check if I needed anything when I skipped daily cleaning.

The bed moved a lot when my partner moved, so light sleepers beware.

The view from the top floor bar is amazing. It provides amazing harbour vistas. The breakfast had great quality and variety, I especially enjoyed fresh fruits. The evening cocktails were delicious. A great way to relax after exploring.
