the room was spacious and very clean it had ample space for luggage i appreciated the fast wifi. breakfast had a vast choice and something suited everyone i started each day well here.

the gym seemed a little outdated many things looked old.

i stayed in a king or twin room harbour view. the harbour views were awesome. housekeeping kept the room super clean . the proximity to the subway station made getting around super easy.

check-in felt slow. i had to wait a little while. the gym equipment felt a bit old, specifically the treadmills. the minibar was empty. i would have liked some snacks there

I stayed in a King or Twin Room Harbour View. The room included a big comfortable bed and a great view of Central Skyline and Victoria Harbour. The location is perfect. It is near excellent transport.

Check in took some time. I am still waiting for the deposit refund.

the room had a wonderful view from the 18th floor it was a king room a large room had a large bed also the bathroom included both a tub and a shower products were provided i also enjoyed the pool on the 21st floor it has a nice view. the breakfast area was beautiful with many options both sweet and savory. housekeeping staff was polite and efficient. i found the staff responsive.

I found the room to be spacious. The bathroom have nice facilities and I like the views. I enjoy the friendly front desk and lobby staffs. I am very happy with the harbour view from the room.

The check-in was not good, I stood in a queue for a long time. I didn't get apology. I notice there were empty desks, and they didn't put more staff for check in. It make guests to wait instead.
