The location was great. It was right across from a lovely park, very convenient.
The air conditioning in my room was locked and I could not adjust the temperature. A strange odor was also present. I found bugs in the bathroom, too. The experience with the concierge at night was another disappointment, because when I asked about a tour, the staff told me to just take a taxi.

the hotel is located centrally, very near a metro station. i had a fascinating night view from my room window. the sumptuous breakfast buffets impressed me very much. all needs were met .
the room was smelly. we got it changed after the first night, but the new one wasn't great.

the breakfast had a fantastic range of options, western and asian.
The room was too hot. I could not control the temperature. the staff suggested i open a window. the wifi was also problematic. It barely worked for western sites. they told me the hotel management did not want it to work with those sites. It was all a bit strange.

the accommodation was flawless! the location was perfect for exploring the city. the room was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. breakfast offered a great selection of food.
i found that the temperature control in the room was not working properly.

The hotel is directly connected to a shopping mall and a metro station via an underpass. This made getting around very convenient. multiple restaurants are located within a short walking distance. overall, it is a superb location.

The staff was friendly, polite, and efficient. They were really nice too ensure a pleasant stay. i received a complimentary upgrade, a great surprise, thanks to daniel. their attention to detail and helpful attitude was appreciated.
