really good hotel experience

great view bottled water shopping mall

i stayed here for four nights and i loved it. the room was big and clean. it had a great view from the window. free bottled water was provided. the hotel has direct access to the sky train and a shopping mall.

i found the rooms a bit dated. maintenance was needed to fix some issues in my room. the drawer would not shut properly. the toilet was blocked upon arrival. there was a slight water leak from the ceiling.

the room had a free safe, gown, slippers, and a fully stocked mini bar. ironing facilities were also available. the bathroom was spacious and well-kept.

the downstairs bar offered nice drinks. wednesdays and thursdays featured a buy-one-get-one-free promotion from 5 pm to 10 pm. the hotel provided 24-hour room service. it was very convenient.

staff were always around cleaning. every staff member i encountered smiled. they seemed happy to help. the concierge team was always ready to assist with reservations and transport arrangements.

the hotel had a pedestrian bridge connecting directly to the train station. a 24-hour mc donald's was located opposite the hotel. a seven-eleven was conveniently next door, though the parking was expensive!

the gym was accessible and included treadmills.

My room's bedside table drawer would not shut. Maintenance should check these issues. rooms seemed increasingly dated so i may look elsewhere next time.

the gym had a yoga room, acceptable. the bts access was right out the door.

the reception staff was not friendly. this was disappointing being a luxury hotel. i expect more attentiveness when i book a stay at a hotel.
