helpful staff useful dryer great breakfast

The hotel offered a washing machine and dryer, useful. the staff were very helpful. They always smiled and did everything to. breakfast was especially good with many selections.

the sidewalk from the back exit had some issues.

great comfort excellent view super cleanliness open music

we were upgraded to the 38th floor, i was so happy! as soon as we opened the door, music welcomed us. the cleanliness was excellent. the room view was really good and the bed provided such great comfort.

honestly, the pool and gym were slightly average, a minor letdown.

The swimming pool offered floats and noodle floats. I appreciated this a lot. there is a poolside bar perfect to unwind during happy hour. it added to the charm.

spacious room full kitchen comfortable bed low water pressure poor soundproofing communication challenge

the room was spacious (it was a one-bedroom premier). it included a full kitchen. the bed was quite comfortable.

The water pressure was very low. the soundproofing was not good. I could hear music from across the street at night. english communication was a challenge with some front desk staff.
