Really good Hotel Experience

amazing breakfast attentive staff

The pool area was particularly excellent. I also found the breakfast selection amazing. The variety suited everyone. I appreciated the attentiveness of the staff around the pool, who promptly cleared towels.

The air conditioning unit was too strong! It blew cold air directly at the bed. It made it difficult to find a comfortable sleeping temperature

Location

10/10

The hotel provides a convenient shuttle service to the nearby shopping mall. Shuttles depart frequently, with easy access for shopping and dining, with a short ride every ten minutes. This eliminates the need for taxis.

Facilities

Amazing stay!

prompt answer convenient buggy wide bathroom

I found the answers to my email inquiries prompt! The hotel provided very convenient buggy car service to Siam Paragon. This made getting around so easy! I also found the bathroom to be very wide, it was a big plus.

I noticed that the AC unit blows cold air directly at the bed. Escaping it proved impossible. My wife and I cannot tolerate cold drafts, so this was unfortunate.

Service

10/10

The staff seemed friendly. I was very grateful for the concierge services I received. The check-in process was also smooth. Everything was efficient.

Rooms

9/10

The room was modern and clean! Non-alcoholic drinks were complimentary and replaced daily, this was so convenient. the bed was comfy. I slept very well.

Facilities

9/10

I found a low-depth area in the swimming pool. This enabled children to play safely. A golf cart service was available for quick trips to Siam Paragon. It made getting necessities easy.

Location

9/10

The hotel is close to shopping centers. It is situated well in the city near various attractions. Accessing destinations from the hotel was never a hassle. This convenience.

Dining

10/10

Breakfast suited our family's taste! There were many choices available. Indian chef Satish cooked some good delights! I look forward to more tasty meals in the future.
