Really good Hotel Experience

The pool area was particularly excellent. I also found the breakfast selection amazing. The variety suited everyone. I appreciated the attentiveness of the staff around the pool, who promptly cleared towels.

The air conditioning unit was too strong! It blew cold air directly at the bed. It made it difficult to find a comfortable sleeping temperature

I found the answers to my email inquiries prompt! The hotel provided very convenient buggy car service to Siam Paragon. This made getting around so easy! I also found the bathroom to be very wide, it was a big plus.

I noticed that the AC unit blows cold air directly at the bed. Escaping it proved impossible. My wife and I cannot tolerate cold drafts, so this was unfortunate.

i found the staff professional and warm hearted. my room was well equipped , meeting all my expectations. the breakfast was satisfying , as was the pool.

the ac unit blew cold air directly at the bed , and i couldn't escape it. the room did not have a work desk with a power outlet nearby. the bathroom was unnecessarily huge , and the faucets were short or placed incorrectly.
