good choice friendly staff comfortable bed
I enjoyed the breakfast buffet. There was a very good choice. The staff were friendly and courteous. I found the location to be very good. The room layout suited me. It had spaciousness. The bed was super comfortable.
The pool got quite crowded, though I always found a space eventually.

large pool rooftop bar cold air conditioning missing desk
the breakfast had a huge choice with both indoor and outdoor dining. the pool is large with many sunbeds available! i reminded me of i had plenty of space. the rooftop bar was also very nice, definitely a plus.
the air conditioning in my room was always cold. it did not matter what the thermostat was set on. i had it on 30, but it was still cold! also, there was no desk. i had to bend over to use a coffee table, not good if you have a bad back.

Excellent Beachfront Hotel Experience
fresh choices direct access
The breakfast buffet offered a wide array of choices. Everything was fresh. The pool temperature was perfect. Beach access was direct from the pool area. The staff was friendly, always ready to assist, and very attentive to our needs. We enjoyed relaxing on the terrace overlooking the pool and the beach.
The room showed some wear and tear. The bathroom had cracked tiles, and the sealant had some stains. This detracted a bit from the overall experience, especially for a hotel of this caliber.

The newly opened Gingerfire offered many choices, providing an enjoyable experience for our family. We loved the variety of options.

Our room provided great views from the balcony. The rooms were recently renovated and provided a vibrant, energetic atmosphere. We found the air conditioning very effective.

The location is ideal, as it offers immediate access to the beach. The hotel is close to many restaurants and bars, so many options for dining and entertainment are available. It is easy to walk to nearby attractions.

The pool area is spacious, providing plenty of room to relax. The gym included three treadmills and multiple stationary bikes for exercising! There is a dedicated kids' club, offering supervised activities for younger guests.

wide selection excellent room great job
the location is good. breakfast had a wide selection. i loved our room. ms. kwan did a great job keeping it clean. i plan to come back soon.
the gym did not appear updated. it smelled bad. i was uncomfortable.

amazing beachside getaway!
oceanfront suite amazing view comfortable bed relaxing ambience
my king oceanfront suite on the 11th floor was lovely! the windows provided amazing sea views and the balcony was massive. the bed felt comfortable and i slept soundly every night. the pool area was excellent and offered such a relaxing ambience!
The tv in my room seemed a bit outdated. I wished it had interactive features.

The hotel boasts a central location, with easy access to many nearby restaurants and shops. I could just step out and find everything i needed. plus, the beach is right there, just steps away from the hotel grounds.

the pool area provided a calm and relaxing environment, with ample space for lounging and several shaded areas for those seeking respite from the sun. i noted how spotlessly clean the entire hotel was, showcasing excellent maintenance.

The breakfast at gingerfire had great variety and everything tasted delicious. The crispy thai pancakes were a particular highlight. the dinner buffet had a good selection, especially the fire show entertainment on the beach made it a blast!

The staff were wonderful and helpful, always with a cheerful greeting and happy to serve. It really added to the positive atmosphere. quick check-in made my arrival smooth, and every staff member seemed genuinely cute.

A pleasant visit
spacious room ocean view nice breakfast low water pressure small gym
I stayed in the Classic King Room Ocean View. The room was spacious (especially for one person). It had a balcony overlooking the water. Breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!). The hotel has a beautiful pool. I easily found a lounge chair with an umbrella. The staff brought me a drink. The location was very convenient. I walked to many restaurants and shops. It was easy to get around.
The bathroom could use some updating. The shower head had low water pressure. I also noticed some discoloration on the tiles. The gym was small. It only had a few pieces of equipment. Some machines were out of order. I could hear it from my room during the day. It was disruptive (but I still slept well).
