excellent stay, convenient location

i had a smooth check-in, and my special mattress request was perfectly fulfilled. the room was comfortable and well kept. the hotel's central location made getting around simple. the spa stayed open until 11 pm,.
the pool was not heated in any way, and it was freezing cold (i wish i knew beforehand). there was no sun on it after 9:30 am. i feel that people who want to enjoy the pool should be considered.

the staff were very friendly and cute (i really appreciated their helpfulness). they provided a packed breakfast for us since we checked out around 5am. communication was easy and effective at all times.

the hotel is in a central, safe location. several top-tier hotels, like the waldorf astoria and st regis, are next door. central world is about a 5-minute walk away and has many restaurants.

i enjoyed the game room with its ps5 and massage chairs it offered a relaxing break. the swimming pool was big and the jacuzzi was a welcome addition. i found the location convenient with major attractions within easy reach using grab and several malls nearby.

The location was amazing, close to many shopping malls! I just used the sky walk through Grand Hyatt Hotel. It took only five minutes to reach most shopping areas. The suite was spacious. It was beautifully designed and so comfortable. Internet access was lightning-fast, which helped with both work and relaxation!
The swimming pool lacked lights in the evening! It felt a little spooky.

I thought this hotel would be amazing. The location was alright, not perfect. My biggest problem was the housekeeping. They didn't clean my room until late afternoon even though I was out all day. I found it frustrating and definitely not the service I expect. the staff couldn't find an umbrella and iron when I requested them. It seems they don't recognize repeat guests at all. That's a bummer.
