Excellent Hotel with Amazing Views

I liked that the rooms were modern and spacious. The included breakfast buffet had many choices. The rooftop bar offers fantastic views of the city skyline. The staff at the reception desk and the restaurant were helpful and friendly.

The location is a bit outside the main tourist area, requiring boat or taxi rides to reach popular attractions.

The breakfast had some issues. The eggs and omelets need ordering on a paper form, collected when the staff has time (and they often don't). The selection was very limited. I did not see any fresh vegetables . The coffee was terrible. Starbucks honestly saved me.

high rise rooftop bar friendly door staff breakfast choice free shuttle

I especially enjoyed the high rise rooftop bar with city views. Door staff and room service were very friendly. I liked the breakfast. It offered many choices from around the world. I appreciated the free shuttle boat for short trips along the river.

Space around the pool was limited, the hotel was busy.

Concierge staff offered helpful recommendations. I found the staff responded quickly and kindly to requests. The hotel provides a free boat ferry to landmarks and the skytrain system .

The hotel is located along the river. A sister hotel nearby offers free shuttle boats to ICONSIAM and Sathorn Pier. I found a 7-Eleven is right next to the building, a GOOD convenience.

helpful staff convenient location safe environment

Pakin helped me to find good restaurants. The staff was friendly. The mall next door was good because of the 24hr 7-Eleven. The area around the hotel felt safe.

The hotel should promote spa services more to hotel guests.
