the hotel is very close to bangkok suvarnabhumi airport. a shuttle service is available for 330 baht for two people. i found the hotel kitchen cooked well, and the restaurant prices seemed affordable. the room, bed and cleanliness were all adequate.

the airport shuttle runs every hour, so that was convenient.
I was pretty disappointed with the room i booked. It was supposed to be a suite with a separate living room, but it turned out to be just a regular double room. when i spoke to the front desk about the discrepancy, the woman stated that i received the room i booked. This wasn't very polite, i must say. also, i was charged for the water from the minibar even though i was told that drinking water was free.

The hotel is convenient for airport access. I especially liked the efficient and punctual airport shuttle service. The staff was very helpful and always available. The room was very clean and spacious, complete with modern amenities.

i found the staff very helpful with arranging the airport shuttle, it cost 250 baht. the room was quite clean and well-kept. i also liked that the hotel had a restaurant on site.
the soundproofing wasn't the best, i could hear some outside noise.
