preset temperature dirty windows

the air conditioning was preset to 22 degrees celsius. i prefer a cooler temperature for sleeping. this seems to be a cost-saving measure for the hotel (which i find unacceptable). also, i observed dirty windows in both the initial and subsequent rooms. i was not able to take good pictures due to that.

Really good stay

cool view spacious room perfect service friendly staff

I had a room with a high floor and it has a very cool city view. Hotel is near a BTS station. The location is 5 minutes from Starbucks. My room was spacious and clean. The maid service was perfect. I like that the staff and concierge were very friendly and helpful.

I only find the shower floor to be a little slippery with soapy water. A small rubber mat cover a small portion of the dark shower floor. Someone can fall easily without it.

I have a spacious beautiful room. My room had a great view and many facilities. I found the bed was comfortable. It was a nice experience for me.

All staff were attentive and helpful. The staff are just the best. I got upgraded to a room with a washer and dryer. It was very reasonable with no hassle. This is wonderful especially for first timers.

Balanced Stay Experience

clean room tidy apartment friendly staff slippery shower unsafe floor small mat

The room was really clean and very tidy! I had a great view from my apartment room. The staff were very friendly especially the housekeeping staff. I really liked their superb cleaning.

The shower floor felt very slippery. This was especially true with soapy water. I noticed a small rubber mat with suckers covered only a small portion of the dark shower floor. I think there is a high chance of slipping if someone forgets to put the rubber mat in place.
