fine views and great amenities

amazing view happy staff well maintained jacuzzi

i stayed at the hotel recently and appreciated several aspects of my visit the view from my room on the 80th floor was genuinely amazing i asked for a higher floor upon arrival and the staff happily accommodated my request the pool sauna steam room and jacuzzi were all well maintained and i enjoyed using them

the hotel was generally very good but the check-in experience was a little slow.

the staff were proactive and warm in greeting guests plus assisting with requests the reception staff on level 54 were helpful and efficient plus the ground level service was commendable.

my room featured amazing views it was very very comfy and tidy the hotel provides plenty of bottled water daily plus the rooms are spacious with comfortable beds including the roll away bed.

breakfast offered many choices with both eastern and western options available club jin mao served delicious traditional dishes and the breakfast buffet on level 56 provided a good variety of food.

the hotel has a good location on the new side of the city plus it is within walking distance of the pearl tower there is shopping nearby plus a train station provides access to the other side.

decent stay overall

comfortable bed great room big room cold receptionist slow check-in long line

I stayed in a beautiful king room river view. the room was quite big. the bed was super comfortable. i did not hear the elevator or others closing doors. That was really great.

the check-in process was a complete mess. i arrived at the lobby pretty late. there was only one front-office receptionist, and a long line had not moved. this receptionist (iris wang) was cold faced, with no greetings whatsoever.

easy access comfortable bed amazing view special touch

i always appreciate the hotel's location it provided easy access to many attractions the room featured a comfortable bed i rested well each night the views from my room were amazing and added a special touch to my visit the public transport nearby made exploring the city very easy

some areas showed slight wear but it didn't affect my stay

the room included a king bed and a seating area with a sofa and chairs it also had a work desk with ample space for a laptop and documents the bathroom featured a separate shower and a bathtub.

the staff provided proactive assistance they greeted guests warmly upon arrival and departure the concierge helped me with directions and reservations it was very efficient the cleaning staff maintained the rooms perfectly.

the location provided immediate access to the financial center it allowed convenient travel to various business meetings the hotel is near many shopping areas and a variety of dining options i found it very convenient.
