the staff were very friendly and helpful . the location was excellent with easy access to transportation. plenty of restaurants and convenience stores are nearby. the hotel offered great value for money. I found the price reasonable for the quality of facilities.

the housekeeping forgot to include small hand towels in the room one day.

clean hotel supportive staff convenient location

the staff was friendly and supportive . camille, lily, carat, and michelle were very helpful. i like that the hotel is close to subways, the park, and shopping areas. the hotel is also clean.

the breakfast selection could have offered a wider variety of options, though it was still adequate.

Perfect Service and Prime Location

attentive staff beautiful king room prime location

The hotel staff was attentive. Rosemary was especially helpful, promptly assisting with requests. Our Beautiful King Room was clean and well-kept. The hotel's location near Nanjing Street made exploring very easy I appreciated being close to many attractions.
