the staff was attentive, particularly at the pool. i found the spacious suite clean upon arrival. the breakfast buffet included an egg station with fresh options.

the air conditioning unit made a noticeable noise during operation.

The location met my expectations. It was acceptable for getting around.

the lifts malfunctioned, causing delays several times. the rooms were comfortable enough, but the dated decor was not appealing. this hotel needs a serious upgrade to justify its supposed star rating.
