the staff was friendly and helpful. nisa assisted us wonderfully (she's a gem!). they beautifully prepared and decorated our bed with flowers for our anniversary.
the balcony is tiny.

the rooftop pool provides a fantastic view. the gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes. there are also twenty loungers around the pool, with a dedicated shaded section.

the room cleanliness was acceptable, it was generally tidy upon arrival.
I was on the 18th floor and the noise was terrible. i paid extra for a sea view, but i could only see it if i leaned way out on the balcony. also, they didn't replenish the water bottles on the second day. I found that quite annoying given the price.

The staff were professional and cute. The comfort level was superb. The beds are comfortable (I really mean it!). The internet was lightning-fast and stable, which helped a lot, and all other facilities were in excellent condition. I also enjoyed the welcome drink.
I found the area a bit noisy at night. I could hear cars, and the room insulation was not perfect. This did disrupt my sleep slightly.

The hotel is close to many dining options and shops. The nightlife area is about a 12-minute walk from the hotel, a convenient distance for those who enjoy it but far enough to avoid excessive noise.

I have stayed at many hotels. This hotel ranks among the best. the staff was friendly and accommodating. the room was immaculate. It offered a amazing view. i thank mark, somying, and the head chef for service at the restaurant.
The pillow was too soft. It was not to my personal preference.

I found the room to be very clean and well-kept, equipped with a washing machine and an electric stove. The large smart TV was a great addition, allowing me to easily connect my phone. This feature made working from the hotel surprisingly convenient for a few days. They were very helpful given the hotel's size.
