The breakfast buffet featured diverse choices. the grounds were well maintained and quiet. the staff were polite and always helpful, especially at happy hour each night. The bartenders made great drinks. i also appreciated the concierge service. They consistently provided helpful assistance.
the water in the swimming pool looked dirty around 5 pm one day, disappointing.

The breakfast buffet was amazing!!! there was a good variety and everything tasted great. the gym was also a highlight. Ant gave me a really nice, detailed, and professional weight training session. the hotel has a central location, easy to get around.
the wifi in the room was not stable, frustrating. i also found the main pool area to be quite noisy, especially with children running around. the toilet next to the pool was not cleaned often enough, which wasn't ideal.

the breakfast at amber kitchen had dishes from all corners of the world , and the a la carte menu was really good with great variety. the food was well prepared and exclusive dishes are available at big fish & bar. the food is prepared by the best chefs and served by friendly waiters.

I found some policies here inflexible. a simple request for toast via room service was denied. i was told it was 'not allowed' in the room. this felt odd given the price point of the rooms. And the level of service expected.
