The room was modern and very clean. It offered many outlets for charging electronics. Housekeeping gave plenty of complimentary water daily.

The pool deck could be slippery. I observed one person slipped over while I was there, signs were visible though.

helpful staff premier room spacious room

the staff were very helpful and polite. i booked a premier room. the tv was good. the hotel created a pleasant stay for us in this overwhelming city. the room is quite spacious with a comfortable bed and big washroom.

i found much to be admired. however, i must address a significant concern regarding the management. the manager was completely inflexible and showed no signs of empathy. it's frustrating that such a trivial amount could cause such a disproportionate response
