The room was really big. It had a separate room with a spa bathtub and showers. The staff was friendly and helpful. I liked that one restaurant bar had two happy hour options.

The hotel was bigger than I thought. It meant a lot of tour groups were there. It reminded me of a tour group hotel with different wings. I preferred a more intimate atmosphere.

the staff provided proactive suggestions enhancing my time. the resort is an oasis of serenity, close to the town. onsite activities for children include cooking, lantern making, and leaf animal making. also available are a pool table and multiple pools ensuring that no pool ever felt crowded.

I noticed that some people at the entrance were occasionally absorbed in their phones. A warmer welcome would have been lovely.

small room overwhelmed staff

The room felt smaller than advertised. I expected more space. breakfast was chaotic. finding a table became a daily struggle. the staff seemed overwhelmed, tables remained uncleared for long periods. i think more staff are necessary during peak hours.

Mixed Feelings About This Place

slow check-in thin walls

The check-in process was surprisingly slow. It seemed like the staff were understaffed, because it took a while to get our room keys and information. the noise level at night was more noticeable than I would have liked. The walls seemed thin, so I could hear conversations and activity from neighboring rooms. Not ideal for a good night's sleep.

Amazing stay!

quiet resort paddy fields free bikes

This resort have facilities I could wish for, like gym, spa, and pools. My room in the A block had a great view overlooking the paddy fields and the pool. I loved using the free bikes and got to town easily. The staff were nice, always attentive and caring.

The resort was bigger than expected, bringing in many tour groups with older people. This wasn't really the vibe I was hoping for with my family. I didn't see how big it was when I booked it.

the hotel offered free bicycles they were very helpful i booked two guided tours through the hotel both were excellent the size of the room impressed me and i appreciated the cleanliness of the overall facility

the hotel was bigger than i thought this meant there were lots of tour groups and many older people i would not return with teenagers it seemed like a tour group hotel with different wings i prefer a more intimate atmosphere
