friendly staff helpful supervisor free transport
the staff was friendly and helpful. ms. subeo, the guest relation supervisor, was very nice. she helped me contact the driver and offered water. she also assured me of the transport to the airport on the day i checked out.
The hotel is a bit worn. The quality of the build and the furnishing finish were not great.

The room was spacious. It had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the beds are comfortable and the provided toiletries are good. the air conditioning unit worked efficiently, maintaining a consistent temperature throughout the room.

the rooftop pool offered fine beach views. burgers at the pool were tasty and filling. breakfast was great. it included a huge variety of options.

The location was acceptable. It was close to the beach.
The noise was problematic. I think the noise came from karaoke each morning around 2am. then, the traffic started around 5ish. i needed earplugs. I never had before.
