i am excited to share, the staff were super friendly! breakfast was great, i loved the fresh options. the hotel provided complimentary bicycles, so handy for exploring! it was so easy to get around.
i did noticed some minor issues. the room smelled a little musty, i think there was water damage on the walls. i also thought there was not a safe place to keep my bicycle overnight, this was very annoying! i wish the pool had longer hours, i wanted to swim later.

i found the staff friendly. nam helped book activities and transport around vietnam. he booked a sleeper bus to my next destination. he remained available over whatsapp after his shift.
the room seemed slightly run-down. i saw water damage on the walls. it had a humid odor. i did not complain.
