The breakfast options were extensive, especially the Asian food selection. I loved the omelette and pho stations. Tin at the front desk assisted me with a flight issue, and he called the airline for me. The steak restaurant offered world-class food.

The carpets in the hallway on floor 11 looked dirty. I think they need a thorough cleaning.
