Fantastic Hotel Experience!

The staff was attentive. Service was prompt. The breakfast offered a lot of choices with both Western and Vietnamese options. I would love to stay here again.

helpful information friendly staff
the location is near the night markets and restaurants. the front office manager provided helpful information. the staff was friendly and assisted with all needs. the rooms and pool were gorgeous.
i found the room had a strong smell of oil burning. the room's style was older and quite basic. it didn't match the photos i saw beforehand.

Charming Riverside Retreat
attentive staff breakfast options complimentary bicycles refreshing pool
I found the staff attentive. Mr Chau provided excellent assistance. The breakfast had diverse options, including local specialties, a good surprise. The hotel provided complimentary bicycles, so I explored nearby rice fields, which I found refreshing. The pool area was well kept, with a bar and happy hour. It was really relaxing.
I noticed some minor wear and tear in my room. A little touch-up would elevate the experience.

Breakfast featured a variety of Vietnamese dishes alongside Western options. I sampled pho and banh mi. The restaurant had a pleasant ambiance with views of the river. It made for relaxed mornings. I noted that the coffee was strong and flavorful.

The hotel's location offered easy access to the ancient town. I walked to the night market in about five minutes. It was very convenient. The riverside setting gave tranquility. I enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere away from the busier streets.

My super beautiful double room had a balcony with a beautiful river view. The high ceilings provided a spacious feel. I didn't feel cramped at all. The bathroom included a rainfall shower. It had good water pressure, which I liked.

outdated room worn furniture
the breakfast was acceptable , but not really good , with a standard array of choices.
the room i stayed in felt quite outdated , it reminded me more of a budget accommodation than a place i anticipated , the furniture showed wear , and the overall ambiance lacked the freshness i expected.
