Acceptable Stay, but Some Issues Existed

persistent damp smell air conditioning

The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options. I found something to eat.

My "Premium Room Ocean View" had a persistent damp smell. The air conditioning only made it worse! It even seeped into my clothes, a very unpleasant experience.

the room was a Beautiful Room Partial Ocean View. the view was beautiful. the room provided a lovely backdrop. breakfasts offered many choices, it was a great start to the day. the pool was on the roof, I really loved it. I felt completely relaxed there.

the elevator required a keycard. it seemed a bit inconvenient. I found it difficult to use. the gym did not have enough equipment. I had to wait for my turn on the treadmill. the bar was too loud at night, I could not sleep SO well.

the location is fantastic. it is directly across from the beach. the pool area has a fine view. the staff are super friendly and helpful. i was happy with my stay.

the window insulation was not sufficient.

The rooftop pool has lovely views. It really makes the stay nice. the buffet breakfast was excellent with friendly staff always greeting me with a smile. i found eric's service to be professional. He ensured my comfort and satisfaction, which i appreciated.

gym amenities breakfast buffet

The gym contains several treadmills! The pool area has maybe twenty loungers plus a shaded section. I was very happy with these amenities! -. The breakfast buffet offered many choices. I liked that the restaurant staff seemed eager to assist with recommendations for exploring outside the area.

The elevators seemed slow sometimes!

The staff was helpful and friendly. They always greeted me with a warm smile. the breakfast selection was AMAZING!!! the rooftop pool was very inviting, and the bar staff were attentive. i found the location convenient for beach access.

the street noise at night was a little disturbing through the thin windows.
