I tried all of the restaurants, and each offered excellent food. They offer three pool areas, including one exclusively for adults. Freedom beach is near the hotel, a great option for a quick day trip.

mixed experience with some disappointments

unclean roomsdim lighting

the rooms felt somewhat unclean upon arrival. the lighting inside was dim, and the design lacked any view. also, the shower and toilet shared a clear wall, hindering simultaneous use which i found inconvenient. the pool area often looked messy. towels were scattered and food was left uncollected. staffing around the pool seemed insufficient. there was also a significant tear in the awning above my private pool. this made the area appear run-down.

Wonderful Pools and Tropical Atmosphere!

The staff were warm and cute. I enjoyed a welcome drink upon check-in and saw the view from the foyer! We had a pool room that offered direct access into the main pool. The resort features three pools, with a swim-up bar at each where guests order food!

The room maintenance should be more of a priority. I noticed some areas needing updates. This included rotting silicone around the bathroom. I think management should ensure the rooms are fresh and in good condition.

The staff displayed kindness and a friendly attitude everywhere. The service includes a complimentary shuttle bus for trips. This bus offers service to Patong beach!

old equipmentlimited variety

my experience wasn't entirely positive. the lack of attention to detail was noticeable. for example, the gym equipment was quite old, some machines did not work, and there was limited water available. the breakfast buffet also lacked variety after a few days (i missed the fresh fruit selection i expected).
