The staff was very attentive and polite. Check-in was quick. i had a good vietnamese massage at the spa. the hotel provided complimentary breakfast at 4:00 am, because i had an early flight, it consisted of sandwiches, fruit, water, and pastries! the hotel is clean. the room was comfortable too.

The rooftop pool offers fine views. It includes a bar and wine bar. the gym features treadmills and stationary bikes! secure parking is available beneath the hotel, it is monitored 24/7. the breakfast options were excellent and very varied.

The staff called every evening to ask if i needed a second room cleaning. the staff was willing to go above and beyond to meet my needs. hazel from guest services helped me locate nearby restaurants. She also helped me negotiate a motorcycle rental.

the room was spacious, it had a well equipped design. it was clean. Staff members were friendly. i liked the rooftop swimming pool, it had fantastic atmosphere plus Fine views. breakfast was delicious.

the gym DIDNT open until 9am. this delayed my morning workout.

The rooms have really spacious layouts and are kept clean. The staff provided true assistance and addressed my concerns quickly. The rooftop pool offered amazing views! The included breakfast has many diverse options, including local dishes.

The gym equipment showed some wear and tear.
