Really good service and convenient location

helpful staff smooth process beautiful view

i recently spent several nights at this hotel and found the staff helpful. checking in and out at the lounge on the 35th floor was a smooth process and the lounge staff showed a great attitude. the lounge offers beautiful views, especially in the evening (i loved it).

i noticed that the pool was open to the public for a fee. it became quite crowded with people using day passes. this made it difficult to relax and find available sun loungers.

my renovated room featured an efficient use of space. i liked the comfortable bathroom with a separate shower and tub room. the sliding door entrance to the bathroom added convenience.

the hotel enjoys easy access to ginza, shibuya, and roppongi. i particularly appreciated the short walk to roppongi (only 10 minutes). this made exploring the city very convenient.

forgotten requests long wait

the club lounge provided an acceptable food choice.

the club intercontinental lounge experience was disappointing. i requested coffee and water multiple times, but the staff repeatedly forgot the requests. this led to a long and unnecessary wait.
