the hotel location allowed very easy access to the train station. I liked the free toiletries available. The staff arranged for my luggage to get forwarded to my next destination. The room size was decent.
finding the hotel inside the complex was a little DIFFICULT.

the room i got was surprisingly small for the price i paid (i even bumped my head a few times). also, the staff seemed a bit untrained, especially during check-in. it was like i was bothering them with my questions, which wasn't exactly the welcome i was hoping for. honestly, i expected better service for what i paid, it's disappointing.

I found the location amazing with direct access to shibuya station. It has plentiful dining options inside the building complex, very helpful. the room was compact, as expected, but functional with smart layout. i appreciated the tasty breakfast that had both continental and asian choices. It was a nice way to start the day. housekeeping was consistent and reliable. The room was always tidy.

The location was amazing. I appreciated its proximity to great sights and diverse dining options! the train station access directly from the hotel was especially convenient. the robot room service, delivering items like water, was a good and efficient touch.
the street noise, even on higher floors, was noticeable at times. this slightly detracted from the otherwise peaceful atmosphere.

The room featured ample space with a large comfortable bed ideal for restful nights. This was greatly appreciated after long days. unlimited water bottles were provided, delivered by a robot.

Staff members were cute and friendly always ready to help. Ms c. yoyama was particularly helpful in facilitating luggage transport. the hotel offered one free drink in the evenings. This was a very nice touch that i sadly did not get to fully utilize.

The hotel sits above a mall and many restaurants offering diverse choices. This provided much ease when exploring shibuya. direct access to the shibuya crossing bridge simplified getting around. the location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.
