Excellent Stay in Shinjuku

great view daily cleaning fresh towels

The hotel's location is perfect.. it is very close to Shinjuku station. The room offered great views of the surrounding area. I found the option to have the room cleaned daily beneficial, including fresh towels and bed making even without a full cleaning.

The lack of comfortable seating in premium rooms was problematic. There were only metal chairs with thin cushions. There was no room service available.

The restaurant provides magnificent food and great experiences. Breakfast buffet included assorted options. The hotel also has a Starbucks on the first floor providing additional options.

Excellent Hotel Experience

I found the staff to be very helpful. They were very nice and spoke fluent english. The rooms offered great city skyline views. The large floor-to-ceiling windows really enhanced this. The room was very clean and modern. I definitely plan to return in the future.

I noticed limited privacy due to the open bathroom design with glass doors for the shower and toilet. This may be a concern for some.

i loved the city view from our room (it was insane!). the location was in the heart of the action, near the station. the staff was always super friendly and helpful .

poor english weak breakfast

the location seemed excellent, close to the train station.

the breakfast was dramatically weak, really unacceptable. the english level of the staff was very poor. even at the reception it was difficult to communicate efficiently. I was disappointed by this poor performance.
