My experience wasn't great. no one seemed particularly friendly. i felt a bit ignored at times. The service wasn't what i expected for the price. it was strange

the room was clean and daily room service happened automatically.

i wasn't greeted with any information about the hotel. i was also not offered information about the spa facilities. i found this unhelpful given i was new to the country.

the location was amazing! it was right in the main train station. everyone working there was helpful, and friendly. they even met us at the train tracks and escorted us directly to the hotel. the room i stayed in was also quiet and large.

room service was poor quality for what i consider a high-end hotel. the menu choices were limited and very bland.
