I appreciated the porter service, assisting with luggage from the train to the hotel. The staff ensured my bags were promptly delivered to my room upon my return from a trip.

superb stay!

main train station friendly staff quiet room

the location was amazing! it was right in the main train station. everyone working there was helpful, and friendly. they even met us at the train tracks and escorted us directly to the hotel. the room i stayed in was also quiet and large.

room service was poor quality for what i consider a high-end hotel. the menu choices were limited and very bland.

the breakfast buffet offered prawn, squid and fish dishes, alongside traditional breakfast items. mini hamburgers provided a fun start to the day. the atrium is a beautifully lit and airy space for breakfast.

the rooms included refined decor and a spacious feel. i wanted to spend as much time relaxing and taking in the view as possible. the palace side superior twin room non-smoking provided ample space.

the hotel is close to the daimaru department store. it is also minutes from the shinkansen and jr tracks. the lounge offered light snacks and meals, but the sweet treats were really good, such a delight.

the breakfast offered over 100 dishes. i found skincare products and a hair brush in the bathroom. newspapers was by the door each morning.

the gym felt a bit small. it had an attendant who corrected your form.
