The Premier Grand upgrade proved worthwhile. I particularly enjoyed afternoon tea at the club lounge. I found delicate sandwiches and cakes. They was really nice. High-quality products were supplied in the room. The staff was genuinely wonderful and always ready to provide assistance with a friendly demeanor.
The breakfast buffet, while good, offered the same choices each day. It could benefit from some variation.

Grand Premier Living!

The premier grand room was well appointed and super clean. The bathroom had a great range of vanity items, all were replaced (how amazing!). The lounge access included simple breakfast choices and snacks and drinks. The room catered for families with kids. Kids' face washers were even provided. IT was fantastic!
The pool felt a little cold. I only used it once, but I wish the water temperature was warmer. It would have made for a more relaxing swim.
Facilities
10/10
The hotel is close to a park, perfect for families with children. The 7/11 in the lobby provided great snacks and souvenirs. A soft play kids' room on level 47 was perfect for parents who wanted to supervise their kids while having drinks.
Service

Staff were very friendly and always helpful . The premier level benefits included access to higher-level lounges. The hotel provided easy access to transportation (very important!).
Location
9/10
The hotel is in a quieter neighborhood, away from the busyness. Shinjuku station is still within easy walking distance. There are many restaurants in walking distance, so you do not have to travel far for a meal.

the staff was kind and helpful i found this particularly true on the club floor where breakfast and snacks were very good our room was kept immaculate by the housekeeping staff i appreciated their attention to detail. the location allowed easy access to various attractions this made getting around convenient. the exhibitions dotted about the ground floor were fantastic i enjoyed browsing them.
the hotel seems more focused on conferences than individual travelers there was a lack of comfortable seating in the reception area this made waiting unpleasant. the bars closed early i was unable to get a quick drink before bed without paying an entry fee. the room i had felt smaller than expected the bathroom had a drain issue causing a bad smell.
