I loved the breakfast buffet, and it was SO successful. i also enjoyed the japanese garden. It brought me peace and tranquility.

The room looked dated. The wallpaper was peeling off.

The staff impressed me greatly. hotel service felt high-end. i found a variety of dining options with 31 restaurants across the hotel and the lower levels featured many shops. i particularly enjoyed the included breakfast. The garden restaurant offered a view of its beautiful garden. cabs were always available in front of the hotel too.

The hotel felt a bit confusing to navigate at first. It is connected to the main hotel new otani.

The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station. The rooms were large and well-kept with spacious common areas. The staff was always available and helpful. I especially liked the range of restaurants available on the premises.

The happy hour pricing was a bit confusing at first. I was offered a larger beer but then quoted a higher price, requiring some clarification.

Staff members were consistently friendly and helpful, addressing all my questions swiftly and professionally. They even anticipated my needs . The concierge service was efficient, assisting with directions and recommendations. Their attentiveness made a HUGE difference.

My room included both pajamas and slippers and also offered complimentary toiletries and skincare items replenished daily. The bathroom featured a rainfall shower and two separate sinks for added convenience. The bed was comfortable, and I liked the view.

I appreciated the multiple restaurant options located within the hotel, including a traditional Japanese restaurant. Tully's Coffee provided a quick breakfast and great coffee each morning. The pizza restaurant offered diverse options including noodle bowls and desserts. The food was AMAZING!!!

I found the staff quite courteous and helpful with directions. the hotel provided taxis all day near the entrance, a huge convenience. i appreciated the multiple restaurants and the easy access to shops and eateries nearby. It made exploring so easy.

The internet connection was a bit spotty. It worked but could have been faster.

This location has great access to public transport. I found it easy to reach every metro line. there are many shops and restaurants within a short walk making it easy to explore the area. the surroundings were quieter and greener than other parts.

the location was fairly convenient to transportation

i found the room to be quite dated it needs an update the wallpaper was peeling off i expected more for the price i paid the bathroom fixtures looked old too it just didn't feel like a modern 5-star experience
