The staff helped me arrange a taxi instead of using the shuttle. I appreciated this service. there is a supermarket and convenience stores within a short walk. the hotel is close to otorii station, very convenient.

the bar area had a high noise level due to guests playing table football.

i chose the location to be close to the airport. i was pleased to find a complimentary shuttle. it meant i didn't have to deal with a taxi. train station proximity put everything in easy reach.

the restaurant was great. it had comfort food that was prepared well.

the shuttle bus schedule was INCONVENIENT. the hotel offers a shuttle bus, but it only runs in specific windows. morning rides go to the airport for checked-out guests, and afternoon pickups are for checked-in guests. i had to arrange my own way to the airport for an evening flight.

early check-in subway proximity free shuttle

checking in early was a real treat after a long morning trip from hiroshima. the subway was conveniently close only a short walk away. the free shuttle to the airport made travel easy.

the bar area got a little noisy due to other guests but it wasn't too much of a bother

The room was spacious and very well organized. the staff were all friendly and helpful. I appreciate this very much. the bonus is the included bus service to the airport. another plus is the short walk to a train station.
