the location is fantastic. the hotel sits near the mega don quijote store. shibuya station is only a five-minute walk. it's super convenient. the city bakery downstairs became my go-to for a quick breakfast. plus, being just one train stop from shinjuku is really convenient.

i found the restaurant hours a bit limited. i wished they were open a bit later, especially with the dining benefit.

disastrous check-ininsufficient referral

The check-in was a disaster. the employee did not find our reservation, and spent a very long time typing on the pc. they typed around for ages again. i became very nervous because we had a stressful 5 hour trip from kyoto behind us, it was raining outside and we had a lot of luggage with us. it took forever and the man walked back and forth and was very nervous himself. The staff referral was insufficient.
