Okay stay, some issues with room size

Location works great. I walked to Ginza shopping district easily, also there are restaurants around. It's a 3 mins walk to shinbashi station. Room was clean, also the view was good.

Superior room was very small. You cannot open 2 small suitcases. The storage has only 6 hangers. Bed was against the wall, also just one tiny night table for two beds. Not very handy.

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to Shimbashi Station. Several restaurants were also an easy walk from the hotel. The hotel breakfast offered various types of food, including tempura, rice, and salad. The staff were polite .

The walls seemed thin, and I could hear conversations from neighboring rooms. Location is fine, but the immediate area around the hotel offered limited points of interest.

Superb Hotel Experience!

I choose this hotel because it is close to the train station! The hotel boasts fantastic city views I appreciate a lot. Breakfast includes a large assortment of food choices. I've never seen such a spread!

I noticed a slightly musty smell occasionally, though it was faint and intermittent

The rooms provide many nice little details. Beds are firm and bedding is lovely. There are washing machines available, a major plus for longer stays, and the bathroom is very modern and neat.

The staff members were professional and courteous. They were also very helpful. They assisted with arranging a doctor visit to the room when needed. I found the service really good and proactive.

Really good Stay!

The staff helped with our luggage and were very responsive. I enjoyed the wonderful views from my room and the lobby. As a pianist, I appreciated the lobby piano. The bed offered really good comfort.

I think adding a door for toilet privacy could enhance the experience.
