I adored the hotel's proximity to the disney monorail. It made park access easy. the staff displayed really good friendliness and fluent english skills. breakfast offered a delicious buffet with lots of choices!!!

Our room had comfortable beds with premium bedding, a restful sleep. the bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. Robes and slippers were provided. i loved the spaciousness and design of the room.

the staff were super friendly. they made every effort to communicate with us even though we don't speak japanese. i found the location cute. it provided easy access to disney parks, and catching the train to tokyo was simple.
The room smelled of mildew, and this. i couldn't figure out how to adjust the temperature. the hotel restaurants were pricey. We were told we couldn't take the food to our room for a sick family member.

The hotel's location proved convenient. It was a very short walk to the monorail station. The size of the room was great! The casual dining cafe was very convenient. I visited it every night.
I noticed that the outside pool was not available. It is a shame because the weather was very nice.

The staff were friendly and helpful, a plus for any stay. The laundry service was very efficient. I was very pleased with it because I had been traveling for several weeks.
