loved my stay!

the location was amazing! it's super central. i loved that there was a supermarket nearby for quick snacks and essentials (i definitely stocked up!). the room was also designed so well, and it felt very modern and stylish.

the muji store below closed a bit early for my liking.

the beautiful twin room type e non smoking had comfortable beds. i found the electronically operated blinds and the hidden bathroom behind the wardrobe to be great space savers. i thought the muji products in the room added a nice touch.

the staff was friendly. they were quick to help with any requests i had. when i called to ask for extra towels, it was taken care of immediately (it reminded me of i was the only guest!).

I adored the thoughtful room design, incorporating Muji products. SUCH A treat. I appreciated the electric tablet system that controlled everything from curtains to front desk requests. I especially liked that hotel residents could access the lounge with free wines, beverages, and snacks from 16:00 to 21:00. This was a perfect bonus after a day of exploring.

Cleanliness was somewhat below expectations. I saw stains on the bathroom walls in my room. The shower floor even had a musty smell when the door was closed for a while.

the hotel has a special back entrance avoiding store access. ginza offers a very special sight. the hotel design is beautiful and the staff are accommodating. rooms are spacious due to clever design choices. this.

sound proofing is poor. i could hear neighbours loudly, even on the top floor.

an really good stay at a beautifully designed hotel

I found the location quite convenient. Several train stations were within a five-minute walk. the proximity to the muji store proved useful for any forgotten items (a nice touch!). i also appreciated the guest lounge access after 4 p.m. i thought it was a welcome addition. the central control pads for lights and curtains were intuitive and functional.

i noticed some stains on the sofa cushion upon arrival, which gave a concerning first impression. although the staff addressed it promptly, i expected more attention to detail in the initial room check.

The interior design uses natural resources, like stone tiles and oak wood flooring. the smart home system controlled by an ipad is easy to use. i found the lighting modes sophisticated. I could control them with one touch. muji drinks, snacks, essential oils, and electrical appliances are available for use.

stains were on the sofa cushion when i first entered the room. the staff replaced the cover after i reported it, but there was no extra follow-up to compensate. breakfast did not meet expectations considering the price.
